Welcome to Moonbird's Dotty Mandalas, where art meets mindfulness, one dot at a time.
I invite you into my little corner of creativity, a space where handcrafted beautiful dot mandala art is created with care, patience, and purpose.
I create a variety of pieces, from larger paintings and wall art to decorative stones, candle holders, keyrings and much more.
Many of these items are hand-cast by me using a high-density plaster, providing a beautiful, smooth surface that’s perfect for dotting. Each piece of dot mandala art is lovingly painted with layers of high-quality acrylic paints, applied using special tools designed to create the perfect dots and swooshes.
Every mandala I make is more than just a pattern, it's a reflection of stillness, joy, and intention. The process is meditative and deeply fulfilling, and I hope that each finished piece brings a little peace and joy into your space.

Hi, Marie here, artist, dot lover, and accidental mandala painter.
I was introduced to this creative journey of beautiful dot mandala art by a very special person and I am still surprised today when I hear myself say "I'm an artist". A few years ago if you'd told me I would be saying that I'd have thought you'd banged your head.
Today I am incredibly grateful that, although this person is no longer with me, I think of her with each and every dot and am filled with gratitude that she led me to the one thing that has brought me so much.
Now I can honestly say that this artform has truly changed my life, in many ways. It brings me such joy, contentment and a deep sense of peace. It's become a beautiful meditative practice that grounds me. It gives me stillness and quiet in such a hectic world.
In addition to learning so much since I placed my first dot, I have met so many wonderful, inspiring artists, many of whom I am now blessed to call close friends.
